What to expect on your first appointment ?
After booking your Urgent Care or Minor Surgery appointment online or by phone, you will receive an automated confirmation with your visit details. For urgent care, we aim to see you as quickly as possible; for planned procedures, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary pre-assessment, such as observations or basic tests. When it is time for your appointment, a member of our team will escort you to a treatment room to be seen by a clinician.
Following your visit, you will be given clear aftercare advice and, where appropriate, a summary of your treatment. Any prescriptions will be issued in line with agreed arrangements. If follow-up care, additional procedures, or referral to another service is required, we will ensure all documentation is completed promptly to support safe and seamless ongoing care.
