Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Booking Appointments with Red Rose Healthcare are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation via email, SMS, or telephone. By booking an appointment, patients agree to this Cancellation Policy. 2. Cancellation Notice Requirements We require a minimum of: • 24 hours’ notice for standard GP consultations (in-clinic or virtual) • 48 hours’ notice for extended appointments (e.g., health assessments, procedures, occupational medicals) Notice must be provided during business hours via: • Telephone: 0161 537 9215 • Email: info@redrosehealthcare.co.uk Cancellations sent outside business hours will be deemed received on the next working day. 3. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice period will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. 4. Non-Attendance (Did Not Attend – DNA) Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will result in: • 100% of the consultation fee being charged This applies to in-person and remote (video/telephone) consultations. 5. Deposits Where a deposit is taken: • Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs within the required notice period. • Deposits will be retained for late cancellations or non-attendance. 6. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. Requests for fee waivers due to exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the Practice Director. 7. Practice Cancellations In the rare event that Red Rose Healthcare needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients will be offered: • An alternative appointment at the earliest convenience, or • A full refund of any pre-paid fees 8. Policy Review This policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated in line with operational or regulatory requirements.
