What to expect on your first appointment ?
After booking your ultrasound online or by phone, you’ll receive an automated email confirming your appointment details. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so our reception team can check you in and ensure you’re prepared for your scan. When it’s time for your appointment, a member of staff will escort you to the ultrasound room where the sonographer will perform your examination.
After your ultrasound examination, a written report will be prepared and securely sent to your email and referring clinician or registered GP. If further investigations or specialist review are recommended, we will ensure the report is forwarded promptly to the appropriate provider to support timely and coordinated follow-up care.
What to expect on your first appointment ?
After booking online or via phone, you’ll receive an automated email confirming your appointment. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so our staff can seat you and notify the GP of your arrival. When it’s time, our reception team will escort you to the consultation room for your appointment
After your consultation, a summary report will be sent to your email and shared with your registered GP. Any prescriptions will be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy, and if a referral to a specialist is required, we will ensure the referral letter is sent promptly to the appropriate provider, keeping your care seamless and coordinated.
