After booking online or via phone, you’ll receive an automated email confirming your appointment. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so our staff can seat you and notify the GP of your arrival. When it’s time, our reception team will escort you to the consultation room for your appointment
Following your consultation, a comprehensive medical summary report will be sent to your email and securely shared with your registered NHS GP. Should any medication recommendations or onward specialist referrals be required, our clinical team will issue the necessary documentation and transfer letters promptly to your designated providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care
